There may be occasions when you or your school will require support for Fingertips Online. Focus will provide you with free support where possible. We have experienced members of staff that are fully trained in the product and can answer most questions relating to the screens and using the software. For any further issues we are unable to assist you with, we will pass you on to our recommended IT specialists and programme developers, Sapere Software. All customers of Fingertips receive a user manual with the software but you can also download it by clicking here.

Easy To Use

Access for Parents
Parents can communicate with you via a 'drop box' adding photo's and children's work. They can also access their child's learning diary prior to a parents evening or every week. Practitioners can switch parent access on or off as desired.
