Minimum Specification for Computers

Requirements:
Windows 32 Bit PC running Windows XP SP3 or Vista.
Windows PC with 2Ghz or faster processor, 2GB RAM and a minimum of 2GB free disk space.
A touch screen mobile device, running Windows Mobile 6 or 6.1,
A mobile device which is capable of taking photos, recording video and recoding audio.
Active Sync (XP) or Windows Mobile Device Centre (Vista) installed and configured to work with your mobile device.
Speeding up Installing

Ensure you have all the latest Windows updates.
*  Install Windows Installer 4.5
*  Install .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 
*  Mobile Phones / PDA Devices

* HTC Explorer

Most good mobile phone retailers can supply you with one of the above models.  You are free to choose your own device to operate with this software; however, it must meet a number of conditions:

*  It must have windows 6.1 or above on OR be an Android V2.3 touch screen mobile phone with an SD card.
*  It must have a touch screen. 
*  It must be able to take photo’s, video clips, sound bytes and you need to be able to type text into it
*  You will need a cable to connect your device to your laptop
*  This software has ONLY been tested on mobile phones and not tablets. 
*  Phones do not need to be on a mobile phone contract.

YOU CAN NOW PURCHASE MOBILE PHONES AND LAPTOPS WITH YOUR FINGERTIPS SOFTWARE (THROUGH OUR SUPPORT PARTNER ASPECT IT)
These are available to purchase from software developers, Aspect IT.  Order them  through Focus or direct with Aspect IT. You will receive one invoice from Focus for the software and one invoice from Aspect for the phone and laptop.

Multiple phone discount
On the total order price you get the following additional discount:
3 to 5 phones = 3% discount

Access for Parents

Parents can communicate with you via a 'drop box' adding photo's and children's work.  They can also access their child's learning diary prior to a parents evening or every week. Practitioners can switch parent access on or off as desired.
